Join Sidel, a global leader in packaging solutions for food, beverages, and personal care products, as an Field Service Technician. You will receive training and support to master the high-tech equipment installed at major industrial clients’ sites in France and abroad.

  • Install, commission, and test Sidel equipment, including individual machines and complete production lines.
  • Troubleshoot, prevent, and perform corrective maintenance on machines — covering electrical, mechanical, and automation aspects, on high-speed production lines.
  • Carry out precise technical diagnostics, share feedback with internal support teams, and propose corrective actions.
  • Manage equipment upgrades and optimization, including both hardware and software updates.
  • Work closely with project managers and technical support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Train and empower customer operators and maintenance technicians to ensure efficient use of the equipment.
  • Fully comply with Sidel’s and customers’ safety rules, maintaining clear communication throughout all interventions.

  • Holder of a technical degree in automation, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or industrial maintenance.
  • Strong technical curiosity and a continuous desire to learn.
  • Field experience preferred, or strong motivation to learn through hands-on work.
  • Proficiency in French and good command of English, essential for working in a multicultural team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (often more than 80% of the time) and adapt to various international environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer service mindset.
