Paradox – Full‑Stack Software Engineer (Remote / Dubai / Lisbon)

Mission

Your primary goal will be to take Paradox’s online learning experience to the next level by building the new Paradox App – a state‑of‑the‑art application that integrates AI and delivers an unparalleled user experience. You will be the key player in creating an online learning management system that can handle several cohorts of hundreds of students simultaneously and scales effortlessly to support thousands of users.

Responsibilities

Build & Innovate – develop new features, implement AI‑driven functionalities, continuously test, iterate, and push boundaries to improve performance and usability, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Scalability & Performance – ensure the application handles large volumes of concurrent users, optimize resource usage, and leverage CDN and caching strategies.

User‑Centered Design – work closely with product and design teams to build intuitive, beautiful, and efficient user interfaces, prototype features, and incorporate AI and automation.

Problem Solving & Troubleshooting – investigate and resolve technical challenges, analyze recurring issues, and proactively implement solutions.

Collaboration & Communication – actively participate in tech architecture discussions, provide and seek constructive feedback, and work within Agile frameworks.

Must Have

3–6 years of experience in Full‑Stack Development, Lead Development, or as CTO of a startup.
Deep expertise in Type Script & React.js (minimum 3 years).
Proficient in Tailwind CSS.
Strong AI mindset – actively integrating AI into workflows.
Passion for writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
