Full Stack Engineer at Dynatrace, you will contribute to advancing our product and strengthening our position as a leader in software observability.

• You will be working in a cloud-native environment using Type Script and Java, building scalable systems with clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• You will be working with highly skilled engineers who prioritize teamwork, utilizing collaborative practices to build software end-to-end, including debugging, testing, and fixing.
• You will work with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP), researching and building knowledge around modern cloud architectures. You will build visualizations that help our users understand the complexity of cloud observability data.
• This role is ideal for those who are passionate about understanding the value a product delivers and want to make a meaningful contribution to it.

• 5+ years of experience in developing web-based software using JavaScript/Type Script
• 3+ years of experience working in Java or any other backend language
• Technical studies related to Software Engineering or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with React or a comparable framework.
• Focus on user experience and customer‑centric end-to-end thinking
• Familiar with AWS, Azure, GCP cloud technologies
• Strong focus on software quality, performance, and clean architecture
• Supportive team player who fosters a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Good English communication

• We offer only employment contracts (PL: Umowa o pracę / UoP) and a hybrid working setup with 2/3 days per week in the office. This is a permanent role and not a B2B contract.
• We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
• Base salary range — 21.300 - 26.700 PLN gross per month.
