Full Stack Software Engineer

About the Role

We are looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to join our core product team in Poland (remotely) to help build and scale Rho’s all‑in‑one commercial banking platform. This is a hands‑on engineering role in a team that owns some of Rho's most critical product areas:
Accounts Payable automation and money transfer details. You'll work closely with engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful features across the stack — from database design to user interface.

• 4+ years of professional experience as a full stack software engineer
• Solid understanding of backend systems and experience building APIs and distributed services
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or similar backend languages
• Strong experience with Type Script and React for modern frontend development
• Knowledge of distributed systems including trade‑offs made to either support higher load or lower latency within an application
• Experience in a start‑up or enterprise within a highly technical market segment, such as AI, security, finance and blockchain, or infrastructure

• Proficiency building & deploying applications with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience working in a cloud computing platform like GCP or AWS
• Knowledge of accounting or financial software

We are hiring exclusively on a full remote, B2B contract.

Salary range: 90, USD gross/year
