Senior R&D Engineer; LLM

About The Role

In this role, you will design and deliver advanced agentic AI solutions that address complex, real‑world challenges across multiple domains. Working within R&D, you will contribute to applied research, prototyping, and innovation initiatives, shaping new directions and demonstrating their value through practical implementations.

• Design and develop agentic AI solutions, applying deep learning and modern AI techniques to solve complex business and research challenges
• Drive innovation by researching and applying emerging technologies, adapting solutions to market needs and evolving trends
• Prototype and develop advanced technical demos, translating research concepts into practical, scalable solutions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to align technical direction with business and research goals
• Present solutions and research outcomes at conferences, meetups, and industry events, strengthening external visibility
• Consult internal and external stakeholders on AI technologies, guiding solution design and strategic decisions
• Support business development activities, including presales, marketing assets, and technical presentations
• Contribute to partnerships with technology and academic organizations to expand research and innovation capabilities

• Strong experience in generative or agentic AI and deep learning, including hands‑on work with AI model development
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java/Kotlin for building AI solutions
• Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and/or Vision‑Language Models (VLMs) and their real‑world applications
• Hands‑on knowledge of frameworks and tools such as Lang Chain, Lang Graph, RAG, or other agentic AI frameworks
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure for developing and deploying AI solutions
• Solid understanding of software development processes, collaboration models, and deployment practices
• Strong analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into business value
• Effective communication skills in English (at least upper‑intermediate level), including presenting and consulting
• Knowledge of prompting techniques (e.g., Chain‑of‑Thought, Tree‑of‑Thought) to enhance model performance (as a plus)
• Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI and building scalable APIs (as a plus)
