Development Team Leader (Python)

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding a development team. You will lead by example, driving engineering excellence, ensuring delivery of high‑quality, scalable software, fostering a collaborative and innovative team culture. Working closely with other Team Leaders, Architects, and stakeholders, you will help shape technical direction, streamline delivery processes, and ensure alignment with business goals.

• Lead a team of Python developers, ensuring alignment on goals, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Mentor and coach team members to support their technical and professional growth.
• Drive engineering excellence by promoting best practices in coding, architecture, and testing.
• Plan and manage team capacity, sprints, and milestones to ensure predictable delivery.
• Collaborate with other Team Leaders, Development Managers, Architects, and Product Owners to align engineering execution with business objectives.
• Ensure effective adoption and execution of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) within the team.
• Contribute to the evolution of development processes, CI/CD pipelines, and Dev Ops practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and knowledge sharing.

• 7+ years of commercial software development experience.
• 2+ years leading Scrum teams with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical expertise in Python and object‑oriented programming.
• Experience in the .NET ecosystem.
• Experience with microservices, distributed architecture, Graph
  
  QL, REST APIs, event buses, and message queues (Rabbit
  
  MQ).
• Proficiency in Test Driven Development, unit, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with SQL/No
  
  SQL (MsSQL, Mongo
  
  DB).
• Experience with Docker, cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, attention to detail, organizational, and leadership skills.
• An analytical mindset with a knack for leading by example.
• Ability to inspire, mentor, and lead by example.

• Experience with front‑end technologies (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and modern Dev Ops practices.
• Experience with AWS or Azure cloud environments.
• Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools.
