Product Development Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑disciplinary Agile development team of up to eight people, including React and Python Developers, Automation Engineers, and Product Owners.
• Participate in architecture and design sessions to support the development of new platform features.
• Guide the personal and professional development of all team members across all specialisms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and the Product Management team to define and refine the long‑term platform roadmap.
• Hire, mentor, and retain talented software professionals across multiple functional areas.
• Work closely with other technical stakeholders to ensure CI/CD workflows operate efficiently and effectively.
• Establish, track, and maintain application performance objectives, including monitoring and optimisation activities.

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a software leadership role (required for Manager‑level positions).
• High‑energy, proactive, and approachable personality with a passion for solving a diverse range of challenges.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Scrum, architectural concepts, and associated terminology.
• Hands‑on experience with JavaScript/Type Script, preferably React.
• Knowledge of Python and frameworks such as Django or FastAPI is a plus.
• Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure.
• Knowledge of object‑oriented languages such as Java and/or C# is an advantage.
• Familiarity with relational database systems such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.

Compensation: The role offers 25,000zl to 30,000zl per month or 300,000zl to 360,000zl annually, with potential eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
