One of the largest logistics and storage companies in the region is looking for a Senior .NET Developer / Technical Lead to take ownership of a major technology project. This is a hands‑on lead role for someone with strong commercial experience who can join as the main technical person, work directly with the CEO and leadership team, build the core platform foundation, and later help grow the development team around it.

The project is focused on reducing dependency on legacy operational software by creating a modern, API-connected platform using a strong CRM/CMS-style foundation, with custom integrations where needed.

• Define the technical architecture
• Build and configure the core platform foundation
• Design and connect APIs between key systems
• Integrate website, customer portal, mobile app, access control, payments, reporting, and notifications
• Create clean documentation and development standards
• Decide what should be built, bought, configured, or integrated
• Help recruit and lead additional developers once the foundation is ready

• Strong commercial experience with .NET / C#
• Proven experience building or leading real business platforms
• Good understanding of CRM, CMS, ERP, or operational systems
• Experience with API architecture and third‑party integrations
• Database and cloud infrastructure knowledge
• Strong security, permissions, and documentation mindset
• Ability to work hands‑on and deliver visible progress
• Confidence working directly with senior leadership
