AboutThe Role
Design at Revolut is all about balancing that sense of creativity with a deep attention to detail. Our customers have come to expect a certain level of look and feel from our products, and it’s up to us to keep pushing their expectations higher.
We’re looking for Graduate Product Designers who want to shape end‑to‑end experiences, solve problems with creativity, and design products that customers love.
Join us from anywhereThe Graduate Programme is open to international applicants ready to relocate to one of our tech hubs in Poland, Portugal, Spain, the UAE, or the UK. We’ll support you with visa assistance, travel costs, and your first month of accommodation (conditions apply). You’ll be expected to spend around 3 days per week in the office (where role and location allow).
Key dates- Applications: open from May 2026
- Recruitment process:
July–December 2026 - Programme start: early 2027 (January–June) or late 2027 (July–December)
- Partnering with Product Owners, Engineers, and Data Scientists to define customer and business problems
- Researching user needs and sharing insights to guide design decisions
- Designing end‑to‑end flows, wireframes, and prototypes that solve problems simply and elegantly
- Running customer testing and iterating based on feedback
- Collaborating with engineering teams to implement solutions
- Reviewing product performance after release and identifying opportunities for improvement
- To have graduated in 2025, 2026, or 2027
- A predicted or achieved 2:1 (or equivalent grade)
- A degree in design or a similar field
- A proactive attitude and love for problem‑solving
- Fluency in English
- The ability to learn quickly with an ambitious and results‑driven mindset
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- To be comfortable working as part of a diverse team in a dynamic environment
- Full‑time availability from early or late 2027
- The ability to attend a Revolut office in your country of employment at least 3 days per week (this is a hybrid role)
- Fluency in other languages
- Experience as an entrepreneur or working in a startup
