Position

Technical Transformation Lead (he/she) for government financial services.

Remote from Poland with a hybrid component.

1500 to 2500 PLN net/day, depending on experience and competences.

• Analyzing and structuring complex business requirements, translating them into secure, scalable, microservices-based solutions.
• Contributing directly to the product and technical roadmap definition while actively supporting the migration from legacy systems.
• Partnering with Enterprise Architects to design and secure modern API-first and event‑driven patterns.
• Facilitating Agile workshops, ceremonies, and collaborative sessions to maintain an incremental delivery model.
• Coordinating alignment between diverse business and IT stakeholders, while supporting technical change management across teams.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of Dev Ops practices, automation, and delivery speed.
• Operating within a robust, critical enterprise environment combining stable historical systems with a rapidly growing cloud‑native ecosystem:

• Deep architectural knowledge and hands‑on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and event‑driven architecture, and a strong Dev Ops culture with automated CI/CD pipelines, Git, and observability (ELK stack).
• Experience in large, recognizable enterprises (ideally Banking or Insurance) with knowledge of securing highly sensitive financial data under strict compliance frameworks such as DORA, NIS 2.0, and ISO 27001.
• Leadership skills to build, scale, and mentor multidisciplinary Agile squads (Scrum/SAFe) from scratch, driving technical change management and reducing technical debt.
• Excellent English at a very high professional level, facilitating Agile workshops, collaborating with Enterprise Architects, and managing relationships with demanding corporate/public stakeholders.

• Prior experience working on large‑scale digital transformation programs for government bodies, federal agencies, or international public institutions.
• Professional proficiency in French or Dutch.
• Professional certifications related to cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or IT security compliance.
• Formal certifications in scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe Agilist, SAFe Architect) or advanced Scrum roles.
