Senior Mobile Engineer – Poland

Senior Mobile Engineer will lead the technical delivery of cross‑platform React Native applications, owning build, test, and release pipelines and ensuring reliable, repeatable, and auditable software delivery to production and pre‑production environments. The role is accountable for release health, escalation of blockers, and standardizing practices across the mobile codebase.

• Build and deliver high‑quality mobile features in Type Script within a scalable, modular architecture.
• Support multi‑brand applications from a single codebase using configuration‑driven approaches.
• Own and optimize CI/CD pipelines for iOS & Android, including automated builds and quality gates.
• Lead the end‑to‑end release process, from versioning and build orchestration to store deployment.
• Drive mobile testing strategy (unit, integration, E2E) to ensure production stability and quality.
• Define and enforce engineering standards for maintainability, scalability, and code quality.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor, contributing to team growth and engineering excellence.

• 8+ years shipping production mobile apps, including 3+ years hands‑on React Native.
• Proficiency in Type Script and building scalable, maintainable mobile architectures.
• Solid experience with App Store delivery and release processes, including deployments and versioning.
• Understanding of release implications, including handling embedded web assets and remote configuration.
• Proven experience working in a collaborative team environment, with strong communication skills.
• Pragmatic testing mindset, prioritizing unit testing for critical logic while balancing integration and E2E tests.
