We are looking for an experienced and analytical Automation Test Specialist who is passionate about quality and driven by a proactive, automation-first mindset. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality delivery within a complex IT and business environment.
Key Responsibilities- Define and evolve test strategies in Agile/Dev Ops environments
- Execute end-to-end testing (unit, integration, acceptance, regression)
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
- Analyze test data and perform root cause/failure analysis
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across IT and business
- Identify opportunities for quality improvements and process optimization
- Proven experience in software testing, including test automation
- Strong knowledge of Python and test automation tools (e.g., Tosca)
- Experience with SQL and data analysis
- Hands‑on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Very good command of English (min. B2/C1)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to quality
- Ability to collaborate effectively in complex IT‑business landscapes
- Experience with Test‑Driven Development (TDD)
- Experience in end‑to‑end / integration testing environments
- Knowledge of compliance processes or financial industry context
- Courses and certifications (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, ITIL)
