Senior Java Developer – Credit Data Sourcing Java, microservices Łódź, Warszawa, Gdańsk

Due to our ongoing growth and the large number of recruitment projects we undertake for our partners, we are currently looking for:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based backend services and microservices
• Implement, optimize, and support data flows and integrations between systems
• Work closely with Business Analysts on user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution design
• Translate business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable technical solutions
• Analyse system behaviour, logs, and incidents to identify root causes and support production stability
• Participate in refinement sessions, technical design discussions, daily team work, and release coordination
• Ensure high code quality through proper testing, performance awareness, and adherence to engineering best practices
• Collaborate with Product Owners, analysts, developers, and business stakeholders in an Agile/Scrum environment

• Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as a Java Backend Developer, preferably in microservice-based environments
• Strong experience with Java-based backend services and microservices
• Solid understanding of data flows, data sourcing systems, and integration-heavy solutions
• Ability to analyse end-to-end data flow across systems and assess the impact of changes on upstream and downstream processes
• Experience working with complex, distributed systems
• Ability to work closely with Business Analysts, challenge requirements, clarify assumptions, and contribute to solution design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ownership mindset and the ability to take responsibility for delivery
• Good communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
• Very good command of English, allowing effective communication in an international environment

• Experience with Angular or React
• Knowledge of credit risk or banking systems
• Experience with event-driven architectures
• Performance tuning experience in data-heavy systems
