Location: Town of Poland
Telemetry / Observability Engineer with Grafana Responsibilities
- Actively participate in team planning sessions, suggesting improvements and bringing new ideas.
- Cooperate closely with technical experts and various stakeholders across the organization.
- Support the design, development, and maintenance of observability solutions and data flows.
- Configure and manage data sources used for monitoring and reporting purposes.
- Design and improve Grafana dashboards, including panels, rows, variables, templating, and transformations.
- Participate in implementation work and troubleshoot technical issues within your area of responsibility.
- Contribute to automation and provisioning practices using code-based approaches.
- Ensure that dashboards and monitoring solutions are clear, reliable, and aligned with user needs.
- Minimum 4 years of professional experience in application development, engineering, observability, monitoring, or a similar technical role.
- Strong understanding of observability fundamentals, including metrics, logs, and traces.
- Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
- Experience with data source configuration from tools such as Prometheus, InfluxDB, or App Dynamics.
- Hands‑on experience with Grafana and Grafana Alerting.
- Experience in dashboard design, including panels, rows, variables/templating, and transformations.
- Knowledge of provisioning as code / Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience with Git/Bitbucket.
- Scripting skills with Bash and/or Python.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Telecommunication, or a related field.
- Hands‑on experience with Splunk.
- Hands‑on experience with App Dynamics.
- Hands‑on experience with PowerBI.
- Experience working in international projects or agile teams.
