AI Engineer

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong Python and cloud engineering skills to design, build, and optimize scalable backend systems supporting AI-powered and intelligent automation solutions.

• Develop and maintain scalable backend applications in Python.
• Design and operate cloud-native solutions on Azure, ensuring security, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code, and cloud governance standards.
• Integrate AI-driven capabilities, LLM APIs, prompt engineering techniques, and RAG architectures.
• Build AI workflows using tools such as Lang Graph.
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and observability.
• Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Support engineering excellence through code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

• Strong experience with Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
• Solid understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and API development.
• Hands-on experience with Azure, Docker, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates, and monitoring tools.
• Good understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), AI APIs, prompt engineering, and RAG.
• Experience with Lang Graph or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Proven track record in building scalable, production-grade systems.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

• Experience with AI-driven automation platforms.
• Background in performance optimization and benchmarking.
• Previous mentoring or technical leadership experience.
