Job

We are looking for an Expert Java Developer / Solution Designer to design and build modern backend solutions, shaping how AI can accelerate software development in our teams. This full‑time role focuses on backend services in a microservices architecture, leveraging Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies.

• Designing and developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot in a modern microservices architecture
• Taking ownership of solution design and technical architecture for complex features and components
• Collaborating closely with business stakeholders and analysts to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions
• Driving adoption of AI‑assisted development practices (e.g. Git Hub Copilot and internal agents) to improve engineering productivity
• Providing technical leadership, code quality practices, and modern engineering standards (TDD, design patterns, clean architecture)

• Strong experience with Java (17+) and Spring Boot
• Experience designing and building microservice‑based systems
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and SQL
• Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka or MQ
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, clean architecture, and modern development practices
• Experience adapting AI tools (e.g. Git Hub Copilot) or agents into everyday development workflows, such as code generation, refactoring, documentation, or test creation

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Comfortable with TDD and domain‑driven design (DDD)
• Familiarity with Angular 17+ or a modern front‑end framework
