IOS Engineer

I'm partnering with an AI-native product company that's looking for a Mobile Engineer to join the team responsible for one of the most important parts of the product. The journey from a user discovering the platform through to becoming an active customer.

This role is all about crafting seamless onboarding experiences, improving activation, and building features that help users realise value as quickly as possible.

• Designing and building best-in-class onboarding experiences
• Improving user activation and first-time user journeys
• Building acquisition-focused product features that drive engagement
• Running experiments and using data to continuously optimise the customer experience
• Collaborating closely with Product and Design to identify friction points and ship impactful improvements
• Using AI tools and agentic workflows to build and iterate faster

• Strong mobile engineering experience, ideally with iOS (Swift) and React Native (or another cross-platform/mobile technology)
• Experience building products with a strong focus on onboarding, activation, acquisition, or conversion
• A product mindset—you care about customer outcomes as much as clean code
• Experience running experiments and iterating based on user behaviour and data
• Confidence using AI tools and agentic workflows as part of your day-to-day engineering process
