T Hub - Software Architect

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the architecture of software solutions, platforms, and integrations, ensuring scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
• Guide product teams from solution design through implementation and launch, ensuring technical decisions aligned with architectural principles and business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Senior Software Architect, Product Managers, Developers, UX Designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Create and maintain architecture documentation, establish technical standards, and drive the continuous optimization and harmonization of solution designs.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, AI capabilities, and industry trends, providing technical guidance and contributing to cross‑functional projects and architecture initiatives.

• Proven experience as a Software Architect, Solution Architect, or Senior Software Engineer with strong architectural responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of modern software architectures, cloud technologies, APIs, integration patterns, and scalable application design.
• Experience working in agile, cross‑functional product teams and supporting products throughout their entire lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts, influence architectural decisions, and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.
• Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and building digital products that create measurable value for customers and users.
