Development Team Leader (.Net)

• Lead a team of .Net developers, ensuring alignment on goals, quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor and coach team members to support their technical and professional growth.
• Drive engineering excellence by promoting best practices in coding, architecture and testing.
• Plan and manage team capacity, sprints and milestones to ensure predictable delivery.
• Collaborate with other Team Leaders, Development Managers, Architects and Product Owners to align engineering execution with business objectives.
• Ensure effective adoption and execution of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) within the team.
• Contribute to the evolution of development processes, CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation and knowledge sharing.

• 10+ years of commercial software development experience.
• 3+ years leading Scrum teams with a solid grasp of Agile methodologies.
• Strong technical expertise in .NET and object‑oriented programming.
• Experience with microservices, distributed architecture, GraphQL, REST APIs, event buses and message queues.
• Solid understanding of Domain‑Driven Design (DDD).
• Good understanding of client‑server architecture and asynchronous programming.
• Proficiency in Test‑Driven Development (TDD), unit, integration and acceptance testing.
• Familiarity with SQL/No
  
  SQL (MS SQL Server, MongoDB), Docker and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Exceptional communication, teamwork, attention to detail, organizational and leadership skills.
• Analytical mindset with a knack for leading by example.
• Ability to inspire, mentor and lead by example.
• Experience with front‑end technologies (React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins and modern Dev Ops practices.
• Experience with AWS and Azure cloud environments.
• Familiarity with application performance monitoring tools.
