Software Engineer, C++ Developer
Location: Town of Poland
The person hired for this position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of system software platforms for a broad range of video collaboration devices and related products.
Software development will be related to the implementation of new features, the design and development of its architecture, as well as maintenance of the existing solutions.
ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain C++20 components of Right Sight Service (RSService), the core CV/ML engine powering people‑tracking, framing, and scene‑understanding features across our conference room camera product line.
Build and extend our Qt-based Right Sight Test Application (RSTA), the internal tool engineers and QA use to visualize live pipeline output, tune detection parameters, record/replay debug sessions, and validate new CV features end to end.
Collaborate with CV/ML researchers to integrate new algorithms into RSService and expose the right debug hooks and visualizations in RSTA to validate them.
Debug and optimize multithreaded, real‑time video processing pipelines running on Android hardware.
Write and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure reliability of shared libraries consumed by multiple hardware products.
Participate in code reviews and uphold established C++ engineering standards (RAII, modern C++ idioms, exception‑safe error handling).
Must have- 5+ years IT experience
- 5+ years' experience with implementation of system or framework
- significant experience in using the C++ language
- experience with the GIT version control system
- experience in project development on and for Linux machines
- experience in creating and running projects on Docker
- significant experience in using CMAKE for project build configuration
- experience with the Conan package manager
- Android (app layer, not native). Java/kotlin experience
