Own the end-to-end AI architecture across telecom domains (network, customer, revenue), ensuring scalability,compliance, and integration with OSS/BSS ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities- Defineenterprise AI architecture across GenAI, ML, and Agentic systems aligned totelecom priorities (churn, fraud, network optimization, customer experience).
- Designintegration with OSS/BSS (billing, CRM, mediation, provisioning) and networkdata sources (CDRs, probes, telemetry).
- Establishreference architectures for RAG, real-time inference, and AI agents.
- DefineAI governance, TRiSM, model risk frameworks aligned with telecom regulatory requirements.
- Standardizearchitecture for multi-country OpCo deployments (latency, sovereignty, edge vscloud).
- Deepknowledge of distributed systems, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), Kubernetes
- Telecomstack familiarity (OSS/BSS, 4G/5G core, mediation systems)
- AIarchitecture patterns (RAG, LLM orchestration, feature stores)
