Associate Software Engineer Intern (Backend Development):
Assist in software development tasks, contribute to product feature design and implementation, and collaborate with international teams with an accent on learning and applying software development principles. Focus on working onsite in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, participating in Agile SCRUM processes, and improving professional English communication skills.

What you will do- Assist in development tasks under guidance from experienced team members
- Contribute to design and implementation of product features
- Identify and help resolve issues throughout the development cycle
- Participate in Agile SCRUM methodology with 2-week sprints
- Collaborate with international UX and Product Management teams
- Use English daily for communication within a global team
- Must be able to work 40 hours per week onsite in Bielsko-Biała, Poland
- Currently enrolled in or holding a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of software development and familiarity with at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, or .NET)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Willingness to learn new technologies such as AWS, Angular, and Git
- Prior internships or experience in software or web development
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and serverless technology like AWS
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks such as Angular
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools
- Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Proficiency in additional languages
- Paid summer internship program from July 1 to September 30
- Valuable hands-on experience related to your degree

- Work from anywhere culture company-wide, but this role requires onsite presence
