Location: Town of Poland
Middle Strong/ Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET/React):
Designing, developing, and maintaining reliable full-stack software for a global reinsurance company with an accent on active development, feature implementation, and PoCs. Focus on applying engineering best practices, coordinating tasks, and contributing to high-quality, performant solutions.
Location:
Must be based in Ukraine or Poland

What you will do- Design, develop, and maintain reliable software in line with technical requirements.
- Analyze requirements, and independently estimate and set up tasks’ acceptance criteria.
- Evaluate and coordinate tasks’ deadlines with the Technical Leader or Project Manager.
- Apply the best software development practices and coding standards to produce high-quality and performant solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with modern technology and optionally obtain professional certifications.
- Participate as a trainer or a trainee in various learning programs outside the main project.
- 4+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong experience with .NET Framework 4.8 and .NET 8.
- Strong experience with ExtJS (or strong JavaScript) and React.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL, Entity Framework, and
- Solid understanding of engineering best practices, clean code, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication, adaptability, and problem‑solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed Agile team.
- English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) required
.
- Experience with Azure.
- Experience with Quartz.
- Close cooperation with a customer and challenging tasks.
