Engineering Manager (Fullstack, AI):
Leading and mentoring a full-stack engineering team to drive the development of advanced analytics solutions, ensuring unparalleled insights and intelligence for clients with an accent on comprehensive reporting and AI tool integration. . This role must attend our local office for part of the week.

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional full-stack team of 6-10 engineers.
• Drive the development of advanced analytics solutions (Hyper Arc, Explore) serving thousands of end-users.
• Support the team in integrating advanced AI tools and analytics capabilities into products.
• Cultivate a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and adoption of new technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and other engineering teams to align on product vision and goals.
• Advocate for best practices in software development, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Proven experience managing full-stack engineering teams, ideally in analytics or data-driven product domains.
• Strong background in reporting and analytics, with experience in integrating and using AI tools considered a plus.
• Technical fluency in a modern full-stack environment, including JavaScript, React, Java, Ruby, and distributed systems.
• Exceptional leadership and mentorship skills to inspire and develop engineering talent.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
