Senior Software Engineer (Fintech):
Developing and maintaining cloud-native connectivity data solutions with an accent on C#/.NET and Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Focus on architectural improvements, performance optimization, and implementing scalable features within an agile, collaborative team environment.
Location:
Warsaw, Poland. Hybrid model: 2 days in the office, 3 days remote.

What you will do- Collaborate within an agile team to design, implement, and test connectivity product features.
- Build and maintain cloud-native services using C# and .NET within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Arm, Bicep, and Power Shell.
- Contribute to performance optimization and architectural redesigns of product components.
- Reduce build times and improve CI/CD pipeline efficiency.
- Work on both backend services and occasional Angular Web UI tasks.
- Minimum 2+ years of software engineering experience using C# and .NET
. - Proficiency in Microsoft Azure
, including production environment management. - Experience with infrastructure as code such as Arm, Bicep, or Power Shell.
- Strong English communication skills (speaking and writing).
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Must be based in or able to work from Warsaw, Poland.
- Professional experience with Angular.
- Solid understanding of Lean Agile practices and principles.
- Knowledge of Azure cost pricing, SLA management, and security best practices.
