Senior Software Engineer (Python):
Building and optimizing backend systems for large-scale data processing and intelligent, data-driven products with an accent on reliable, scalable services enabling Data Science and Machine Learning solutions. Focus on designing cloud-native microservices, event-driven architectures, and optimizing data pipelines for production environments.

Location:

Hybrid, 2-3 days a week in the office in Gdańsk, Poland

Salary: 32,000 PLN gross per month

• Design and implement backend APIs and services for data processing and ML-driven systems
• Develop cloud-native microservices using modern Dev Ops and CI/CD practices
• Build and operate event-driven and streaming architectures for data-intensive workloads
• Optimize data pipelines, model-serving, and inference systems, including GPU-based workloads
• Ensure high standards for reliability, scalability, observability, and cost efficiency
• Participate in the full service lifecycle: architecture, development, deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement

• Location:
  Hybrid work with 2-3 days per week in the office in Gdańsk, Poland
• English:
  Minimum B2 level required
• 4+ years of experience developing and running production backend systems
• Strong Python skills and experience building API-based services
• Knowledge of message queues or streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka)
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Linux, and cloud platforms (ideally AWS)
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, logging, and observability

• Interest or exposure to Machine Learning, Generative AI, or agent-based systems
• Background in high-volume or data-heavy backend architectures
• Experience with additional programming languages such as Go or .NET
