Jit Team is seeking a Senior Performance Engineer to design, develop, and execute performance tests for complex financial trading and clearing systems, with a focus on performance lifecycle ownership and production incident support.
Location is hybrid in Poland (Gdynia, Warszawa, Rzeszów, Kraków) with 1-2 days onsite per week. You will analyze throughput and latency, build observability dashboards, and collaborate across distributed teams in a regulated environment.
