Builder Ops is building the AI‑powered operational backbone for Ring, Blink, Key, and Sidewalk — end‑to‑end systems that detect, diagnose, and resolve issues autonomously, before customers notice. We’re hiring a Manager to lead a team building this future. You will own delivery of AI‑native operations infrastructure: agentic systems that monitor, triage, and act across our product fleet. This isn’t traditional Dev Ops or SRE — it’s engineering autonomous operational intelligence at scale.

At RBKS, being AI‑native isn’t a future initiative — it’s how we operate today. You won’t just use AI yourself; you’ll build the culture, workflows, and standards that make your entire team AI‑native, and measure your success by your team’s AI fluency and output.

• Own your team's delivery outcomes for AI‑powered operational systems, using AI‑first workflows as the default operating model.
• Build and operate agentic systems for detection, diagnostics, and remediation across the RBKS device and service fleet.
• Establish and maintain team AI practices — tooling, patterns, and standards that multiply Builder output.
• Coach Builders on effective AI integration, raising the team's collective fluency with LLMs, agents, and AI‑assisted development.
• Hire and develop Builders who thrive in an AI‑native environment.
• Remove technical and organizational blockers that prevent your team from shipping at pace.
• Partner with product, firmware, and cloud teams to build operational feedback loops that improve quality upstream.

You review AI‑generated operational summaries, prioritize your team's sprint work, and unblock engineers building agentic tooling. You coach individual contributors on effective AI‑assisted development, review system designs for autonomous remediation workflows, and ensure production reliability. Internal stakeholders include firmware, cloud services, mobile app, and data teams. Your customers are every RBKS builder whose operational burden decreases and every Ring/Blink user whose experience improves because issues resolve before they escape.

Minimum base pay for this position is PLN
33,200 monthly.

• Professional experience in software development or software engineering.
• Engineering team management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience building and operating distributed systems in production.
• Experience delivering complex technical projects with multiple dependencies.

• Track record of building team workflows around LLMs, AI agents, or AI‑assisted development tools — demonstrated through measurable improvements in team delivery speed, quality, or output volume.
• Experience coaching others on AI‑effective practices and raising a team's collective AI fluency.
