GT is looking for an AI Engineering Lead/Manager to guide client engineering teams in AI-assisted software development, improving productivity, and implementing LLM-based solutions. The role is client-facing with an initial 6–8 week engagement and some US-hours overlap.
You will drive architectural decisions, mentor teams, and contribute hands-on work on LLM applications, RAG pipelines, AI agents, and developer tooling to deliver measurable outcomes.
