ABC Fitness is investing in internal AI‑powered platforms that enable our engineering teams to build, ship, understand, and operate software more effectively. This role is focused on creating the software, systems, and workflows that make AI a practical force multiplier for development teams across the company.

• Build AI‑powered internal development tools
• Design and ship internal software platforms that help engineering teams understand, automate, and improve the software development lifecycle
• Enable development teams through platform capabilities: create reusable tools, APIs, workflows, and interfaces that allow teams to adopt AI‑assisted development patterns without building from scratch
• Improve software change intelligence: build systems that connect events from CI/CD, deployments, approvals, security scans, quality gates, source control, work tracking systems, and service dependency data into a coherent view of software change across the organization
• Build durable AI workflow infrastructure: design and implement infrastructure for long‑running AI‑assisted workflows, including planning, execution, validation, branching, human‑in‑the‑loop pauses, tool use, checkpoints, and durable state
• Build for reliability, observability, and scale: ensure internal AI platforms are production‑ready, observable, cost‑aware, and resilient, with strong tracing, state management, failure handling, and operational visibility
• Define patterns, abstractions, and best practices that make it easier for development teams to safely and consistently use AI in their day‑to‑day workflows
• Partner across engineering, platform, security, and product: work closely with development teams to understand their workflows, identify leverage points, and build tools that remove friction from software delivery
