Lead AI Engineer​/GenAI Architect​/AI Solutions Architect

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer / Architect with strong experience in AI-driven applications to lead the evolution of a GenAI-powered voice assistant used by shopfloor workers in a manufacturing environment.

This role combines hands-on development, solution architecture, and technical leadership, with a focus on building scalable, real-time, AI-powered systems on Microsoft Azure.

The role is part of a GenAI-powered voice assistant solution for shopfloor workers in a manufacturing environment. Existing production solution needs to be further developed, optimized, and rolled out to additional locations.

• Mobile-first voice agent using Live Kit framework and GPT Realtime API (Azure OpenAI Realtime)
• Real-time and document based answering
• Real-time data:
  Snowflake via MCP (Cortex Analyst)

• Integration of LLM-based responses (Azure OpenAI GPT Realtime API)
• SharePoint (via Microsoft Graph API)
• Real-time data integration via Snowflake (Cortex Analyst / MCP)

• Solution Ownership
• Own and evolve a production-grade GenAI solution
• Improve performance, scalability, and reliability
• Support rollout to additional locations

• Build and maintain backend services in Python
• Develop AI features (RAG, agents, real-time processing)
• Implement and extend integrations with enterprise systems
• Define and guide system architecture
• Make key technical decisions across AI and cloud components
• Ensure scalable, secure Azure-based deployments
• Mentor and support engineers
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices
• Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders

• Ensure high-quality, production-ready code
