Requirements:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Robotics, or a related field (PhD is a strong advantage).
- 5+ years of experience developing Computer Vision and Machine Learning solutions.
- Strong knowledge of deep learning architectures including CNNs, Vision Transformers (ViTs), object detection, image segmentation, OCR, image classification, and multimodal vision models.
- Experience measuring and improving model transparency, fairness, robustness, and uncertainty.
- Experience with PyTorch and/or Tensor Flow.
- Experience with OpenCV and modern computer vision libraries.
- Experience designing, executing, and evaluating Proof-of-Concepts and research prototypes.
- Experience working in consulting or client-facing innovation projects.
- Design, develop, and optimize advanced computer vision models for image analysis.
- Research and implement Explainable AI (XAI) techniques to improve model transparency, interpretability, fairness, and trustworthiness.
- Develop methods to visualize and explain model predictions for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Build Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs) and prototypes to validate new ideas, algorithms, and technologies.
- Design experiments, analyze results, and communicate findings to engineering teams and business stakeholders.
- Evaluate model robustness, bias, uncertainty, and performance under real-world conditions.
- Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, software engineers, and product teams to deliver innovative AI solutions.
