• Drive AI adoption across development teams
• Help engineering teams understand and adopt internal and commodity AI tools in practical, repeatable ways.
• Identify where teams are getting stuck and create clear paths for adoption.
• Create training programs for developers
• Design and deliver training sessions, workshops, onboarding materials, office hours, and hands‑on labs that teach engineers how to use AI effectively in their day‑to‑day work.
• Build high‑quality enablement content
• Create documentation, guides, quick‑start tutorials, examples, videos, walkthroughs, FAQs, and reusable training materials that make AI tools easier to understand and use.
• Translate AI capabilities into developer workflows
• Show development teams how to apply AI to common engineering activities such as code generation, code review, test creation, debugging, documentation, release support, system understanding, and change analysis.
• Build demos, examples, and reference implementations
• Write code, sample workflows, scripts, prompts, and lightweight applications that demonstrate how AI‑enabled development patterns should be used in practice.
• Partner with platform and engineering teams
• Work closely with AI platform engineers, development teams, architecture, security, and engineering leadership to ensure enablement materials are technically accurate, useful, and aligned with company standards.
• Establish best practices for AI‑assisted development
• Help define the “ABC Way” of using AI in engineering, including guidance around tool usage, code quality, validation, security, review expectations, and responsible adoption.
• Gather feedback and improve adoption
• Listen to developers, observe usage patterns, identify friction, and feed insights back to platform and tooling teams to improve the internal AI developer experience.

• This is not a generic training role disconnected from real engineering work.
• This is not a role limited to presentations, demos, or evangelism.
• This is a hands‑on developer enablement role focused on helping engineering teams successfully adopt AI‑enabled tools and practices.

• Strong developer communication skills You can explain complex technical ideas clearly to engineering audiences with different levels of AI experience. You know how to make new concepts approachable without oversimplifying them.
• Teaching and enablement experience You have experience creating training programs, leading workshops, running office hours, writing tutorials, or helping technical teams adopt new tools and practices.
• Hands‑on software engineering ability You can write code, understand development workflows, build examples, and work directly with engineers on practical implementation patterns.
• Practical AI tooling experience You have used AI‑assisted development tools, coding agents, LLM‑based workflows, prompt patterns, or agentic development tooling in real software engineering contexts.
• Strong content creation skills You can create clear documentation, training guides, diagrams, videos, demos, and walkthroughs that help developers learn independently.
