We seek a Senior Data Engineer (AI/GCP) with strong expertise in designing and implementing cutting‑edge solutions based on Generative AI and LLM models in the Google Cloud environment.

The ideal candidate brings a multidisciplinary technical background in:

• Generative AI / LLM: Practical knowledge of LLM models, particularly Google Gemini and Anthropic
  , including configuration and integration with backend systems.
• Agentic AI: Experience in designing and building AI agents, with familiarity in tools such as Google Agent Development Kit (ADK) or equivalent frameworks (e.g.,
  Lang Chain
  ).
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP): Hands‑on experience with Vertex AI
  , Cloud Run
  , and Cloud Functions
  , and integrating cloud‑native services into production solutions.
• Prompt Engineering: Proven experience in designing, optimizing, and testing prompts for business applications (minimum 2 years).
• Guardrails and AI Security: Implementing control mechanisms for AI systems, including input/output validation, hallucination mitigation, and ensuring solution security. Familiarity with quality control tools (e.g.,
  Langfuse
  ).
• Testing and Operations: Experience in testing the quality and stability of LLM‑based solutions, basic knowledge of LLMOps/MLOps
  , and practical experience with monitoring tools (e.g.,
  Langfuse
  , cloud solutions,
  Agent Core
  ).

• Designing and developing GenAI solutions using models like Google Gemini and Anthropic
  , tailored to specific business use cases.
• Building and evolving AI agents to automate actions and support business processes.
• Integrating AI models with backend systems, APIs, and enterprise applications.
• Creating and optimizing prompts and usage scenarios to enhance model response quality.
• Analyzing and improving the quality, relevance, and stability of LLM outputs.
• Implementing security and control mechanisms, including input/output validation, hallucination reduction, and compliance with security regulations.
• Working in the Google Cloud Platform environment, particularly with services like Vertex AI
  , Cloud Run
  , and Cloud Functions
  .
• Utilizing tools for AI monitoring and analysis (e.g.,
  Langfuse
  ).
• Testing, debugging, and optimizing LLM‑based solutions.

• Experience in Generative AI, LLM, or related fields
• Fluency in English (minimum B2/communicative level) and Polish (min. B2)
• Solid understanding of LLM architecture, AI agent development, and cloud‑native integrations
• Proficiency in prompt engineering, AI security, and operational monitoring
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, Cloud Run, and Cloud Functions
• Knowledge of LLMOps/MLOps, Langfuse, and Agent Core
