Responsibilities- achieving goals
- acquiring transport orders
- cooperation with drivers
- taking care of the financial result in accordance with BGI on the realized flows
- taking care of the maintenance of quality indicators in accordance with the client's requirements
- expansion of the carrier's own base
- correct and systematic introduction of data to the TMS system
- ability to organize transport
- knowledge of transport law (including driver's working time)
- ability to work under time pressure
- very good communication skills
- independence, focus on results
- communicative level of English
- experience in a similar position
