Job Description Responsible for producing student identification cards, ensure secure measures are taken for confidential information, provide quality service to customers such as faculty, staff and students, handle office responsibilities such as answering phone, making copies, faxing, and picking up mail. Duties/Functions
* Refer students to appropriate departments
* Perform general filing, check mail, and make copies
* Assist in office events as needed
* Complete tasks associated with student clubs and the SGA

* Preferred experience in customer service
* Strong computer skills, Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
* Ability to communicate well both verbally and in writing
* Must have good organizational skills, and be able to take initiative to complete a task
