Test raw materials using standardized methods; conduct gage R & R studies; handle additional assigned lab functions.
Analyze complex numerical data; recognize trends; adjust color based on those trends.
Use Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) to document and report results.
Qualifications Strong math aptitude and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work 1st shift immediately.
Clear written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated capability to analyze and interpret complex numerical data.
Color vision with shade discrimination.
Proficiency with computers using Windows Operating Systems, Lotus Notes, and Microsoft Office including Word and Excel.
Preferred skills
Hands-on experience with color analysis and color adjustment.
Accuracy, strong attention to detail, and sound decision-making.
Ability to partner closely with the shift supervisor.
Excellent attendance and reliability; willingness to work overtime to meet business demand.
Capability to work independently without close supervision.
Education & experience
Associate degree (2-year) in a science field; or 1–3 years of related color experience/training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
