Receptionist & Accounting Data Entry Intern
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Receptionist & Accounting Data Entry Intern to join our team. In this dual-function role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment at our front desk while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our company databases. This internship offers hands-on experience in office management, professional communication, and data integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk & Reception
- Visitor Management:
Greet and assist all guests, clients, and vendors in a professional, courteous manner. - Communication Hub:
Answer and route incoming phone calls using a multi-line system, taking clear and accurate messages. - Data Entry & Administrative Support
- Data Entry:
Enter accounts payable invoicing in accounting software for payment. - Digital Filing:
Scan, organize, and file physical documents into digital storage system (Sharepoint.) - Reporting:
Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports, account reconciliations & service invoices.
Education:
Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree (Business Administration or related field preferred).
- Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Sharepoint)
- Typing Proficiency:
Accurate typing skills - Soft Skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to handle confidential information with absolute discretion.
- Strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
Hours:
Typically a part-time or full-time schedule (e.g., 20–40 hours per week) during standard business hours.
Environment:
On-site office setting with frequent in-person interactions.
