Temporary Full-Time Construction Safety Professionals. U.S. Compliance is looking for experienced and motivated Construction Safety Professionals to join our national team as temporary employees of U.S. Compliance. If you’re passionate about protecting people, ensuring compliance, and enjoy traveling to major construction projects across the country, we want to hear from you! You’ll support large-scale projects including Data Centers, AI facilities, Mining facilities and Distribution Centers — providing on-site leadership, guidance, and hands-on safety support.
Provide on-site leadership, guidance, and hands-on safety support on large-scale projects. Travel to project sites across the country to support Data Centers, AI facilities, Mining facilities, and Distribution Centers. Collaborate with project teams to maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with applicable safety standards.
Minimum Requirements- 3+ years of construction safety experience
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction (within the last 5 years)
- Strong understanding of OSHA 1926 standards
- Willingness and ability to travel for projects
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
- CHST or CSP certification (or working toward one)
- MSHA Blue Card holder (surface or underground) for the Mining Project Opportunities
- Experience on Data Center, AI, or Distribution projects
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
