We are looking for a full‑time construction estimator to prepare precise cost estimates for construction projects across commercial, industrial, and agricultural facilities. Responsibilities include labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimation; vendor negotiations; digital record‑keeping; and proposal development.

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor expenses.
• Analyze project plans and specifications to assess feasibility and scope.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate competitive pricing.
• Utilize estimating software to develop cost reports and proposals.
• Maintain digital records and support efficient project coordination among stakeholders.

• Associate degree in construction technology or bachelor’s degree in construction management is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction estimating and project management.
• Proficiency with estimating software and organized documentation practices.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple project estimates simultaneously.
