- Cheerfully and in a professional manner greet members in person, on the telephone, or by email and enjoy developing and nurturing relationships as you serve their financial needs.
- Efficiently process routine financial teller transactions for new and existing members.
- Utilize product knowledge and cross‑sell financial products and services to meet current and future member needs.
- Open new accounts, process transactions, and cross‑sell products and services to increase member satisfaction.
- Provide engaging, personal service to members and seek real solutions to their financial needs. Be goal‑oriented, always learning and improving, and project a positive image of FCCU to current and prospective members.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous cash‑handling preferred.
- Ability to operate a computer, telephone, and other office equipment.
- Competitive team player, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to change.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail‑oriented and able to work in a fast‑paced member service environment.

Work ScheduleMonday‑Friday, various shifts and rotating Saturdays.
