Are you a Senior Superintendent with strong mechanical construction experience across piping, plumbing, fuel, oil, and wider MEP systems? Are you looking for the opportunity to lead field operations on one of the highest-profile advanced manufacturing projects in North Dakota?
This is a rare opportunity to join a leading national contractor delivering a major mechanical package as part of a large-scale advanced manufacturing development in North Dakota. You will take responsibility for the field execution of complex piping, plumbing, fuel, oil, and mechanical systems across one of the most technically advanced projects in the country.
The company is a highly respected contractor specialising in large commercial, industrial, advanced manufacturing, and mission-critical builds. With significant growth across its industrial division, it is now seeking a Travelling Senior Mechanical Superintendent to lead site operations, coordinate with project teams, and ensure safe and efficient delivery of the mechanical scopes.
Your background could come from a range of complex facility environments, including:- Semiconductor and microelectronics fabrication facilities.
- EV, battery, and other gigafactory developments.
- Life sciences, pharmaceutical, or cleanroom manufacturing plants.
- Aerospace and defense production facilities.
- Clean technology, renewable energy, or green-hydrogen plants.
- Data centers and other mission-critical projects.
- Large-scale industrial or process facilities involving complex piping, fuel, oil, and MEP systems.
- Lead field operations for piping, plumbing, fuel, oil, and wider mechanical systems.
- Manage the installation of complex mechanical systems across a major advanced manufacturing project.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trade partners, vendors, engineers, and project management teams.
- Drive site execution, workforce planning, schedule, safety, quality, and productivity.
- Strong background as a Senior Superintendent or Mechanical Superintendent on large-scale industrial or advanced manufacturing projects.
- Proven experience overseeing piping, plumbing, fuel, oil, or process mechanical systems.
- Experience working on complex facilities such as semiconductor, battery, pharmaceutical, aerospace, energy, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
- Willingness to travel and work full-time on-site in North Dakota.
