Account Finance Lead, Director
Lead the civil health account’s long‑term strategic business objectives and the day‑to‑day financial management of the overall business. Engage regularly with senior executives at the company and lead discussions and activities required to achieve the account’s financial goals. Coordinate the activities of an approximately 30‑plus person program finance team in the health account, including managing and implementing a bottom‑up forecasting process, identifying and managing risk effectively in accordance with the company’s ERM process, and talent assessment.
Manage a complex and matrixed organization that provides insights into business performance to corporate and senior leadership. Lead in alignment with the company’s values while creating a cohesive community of practice filled with development and learning opportunities among the finance talent base.
- 10+ years of experience with leadership in the accounting and finance function of a high‑performing company.
- Experience leading the finance function of a company, including best practices in annual planning and financial analysis.
- Experience managing the financial operations of a services business.
- Experience with finance and accounting at a government services provider, including FAR, CAS, and DCAA compliance.
- Experience leading an FP&A function for a government services provider.
- Knowledge of ERP accounting systems, including Oracle.
- Ability to identify, recruit, motivate, coach, develop, lead, advise, direct, and retain a robust team in a collaborative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, including integrating entities into a standardized financial performance model.
- Ability to display a boardroom presence and communicate effectively with internal and external constituents.
- Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Compensation:
Projected annual range $142,900 to $266,000 USD.
