Mortgage Loan Post Closer​/Servicer - Jamestown

Job Responsibilities

• Perform post-closing reviews of mortgage loan files, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely follow-up on trailing documentation.
• Review and submit closed loan packages to investors, address post-close conditions, and ensure compliance with required guidelines and timelines.
• Service mortgage loans by applying payments, managing escrow accounts, completing payoff quotes and verifications, and maintaining accurate loan records.
• Support servicing functions including escrow analysis, insurance tracking, loan modifications, subordinations, and satisfaction processing.
• Assist branches, loan officers, and members by responding to requests, resolving inquiries, and performing account maintenance in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain accurate system records and reporting, support departmental goals, and deliver exceptional customer service while upholding organizational values

• High school diploma or GED
• Experience with loan origination systems or banking systems preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer, telephone and other office equipment
• Competitive team player, with a positive attitude willing to learn and adapt to change
• Ability to communicate, both written and verbal
• Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced member service environment
