South Central Human Service Center – Bridges to Recovery – Jamestown, ND – Direct Care Associate Adult Overnight

Work ScheduleOvernight 10:00 pm – 6:30 am, every other weekend, every other holiday.
Responsibilities- Connect with clients and support them on their recovery journey.
- Assist individuals in identifying recovery, learning, and life goals.
- Help generalize the skills clients learn during substance use and mental health groups.
- Work with clients to develop effective communication and socialization skills, and teach self‑advocacy and self‑help strategies.
- Observe and monitor clients’ condition, and document and report any changes in well‑being.
- Assist clients in the administration of their medication.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience providing direct care to special populations is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Successful completion of a defensive driving course during new‑hire orientation.
- Can travel to meet clients at their location.
