Learning Systems Architect, Senior
Provides strategic and tactical advice and develops learning solutions on learning technology systems and cloud-based technologies including learning management systems (LMS) to support evolving training requirements and initiatives. Applies advanced advisory skills or extensive technical expertise with full industry knowledge. Develops innovative solutions to complex problems. Works without considerable direction and mentors and may supervise team members.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience leading Learning Management Systems (LMS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), or Talent Management System (TMS) technical implementations for SaaS and cloud-based platforms and products.
- Experience working with customers to successfully conduct technology-based needs assessments, including gathering, analyzing, and documenting technical requirements.
- Experience building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment.
- Experience using Microsoft Office.
- Experience facilitating or working on Agile teams.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or Instructional Technology.
- Experience delivering professional services to the federal government.
- Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at client sites.
- Self-starter and thrive in fast-paced environment.
- Excellent leadership, analysis, and data gathering skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Education, or Instructional Technology.
- Project Management Certification.

CompensationThe projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $ (annualized USD).
