  • Cut and bend metal railings using appropriate tools and equipment, ensuring precise measurements and clean cuts.
  • Measure, cut, and fit foam board into designated spaces within door assemblies to meet design and insulation requirements.
  • Bolt, rivet, and fasten door components securely using hand and power tools to create complete, structurally sound assemblies.
  • Load parts and finished pieces onto conveyor systems or other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Use a tape measure accurately to verify dimensions and ensure all parts meet required tolerances before and after assembly.
  • Inspect work for quality, identifying and correcting defects or inconsistencies prior to moving products to the next stage.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area by following housekeeping and workplace organization practices.
  • Adhere to planned production schedules, managing tasks to complete assignments on time and support overall output goals.
  • Assist other departments or team members when needed to support workflow, cross-functional tasks, or special projects.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and operational procedures while using hand tools, power tools, and other shop equipment.
Essential Skills

  • Experience operating basic shop equipment and tools, including drills, rivet tools, and cutting tools.
  • Ability to interpret simple diagrams, drawings, or blueprints related to assembly work.
  • Comfort working with repetitive tasks while maintaining consistent quality and accuracy.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn new processes and tools.
Why Work Here?

You will join a well-maintained, organized production facility that values quality craftsmanship and safe work practices.
