Registered Nurse

Triad Travel Nursing Agency is seeking a dependable and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) for a long-term care facility in Stutsman County, North Dakota.

• Pay: $1,908/week (based on 36 hours)

• Active ND RN license (or ability to obtain upon hire)
• Must be in good standing with all nursing boards
• Current BLS certification preferred
• Long-term care experience preferred
• Reliable, professional, and team-oriented

• Provide skilled nursing care and assessments to residents
• Administer medications, treatments, and physician orders
• Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes promptly
• Obtain and document vital signs, assessments, and care provided
• Coordinate care with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and families
• Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing support staff as appropriate
• Maintain accurate charting and documentation
• Promote resident safety, comfort, and dignity
• Follow infection control and safety protocols
