Position: House Supervisor RN
Location: Devils Lake, ND
Shift: Days - , 2 of every 6 weekends
Required
Certifications:
ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC
Responsibilities:
- Oversee nursing staff and ensure high-quality patient care.
- Manage patient flow and coordinate care across different departments.
- Act as a liaison between nurses, physicians, and hospital administration.
- Handle emergency situations and provide support to the nursing team.
- Ensure pliance with hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Active RN license.
- Current certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS, and TNCC.
- Strong leadership and munication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
