Your responsibilities
Job Summary Direct, lead and supervise the development of a total quality environment with an emphasis on unexcelled customer satisfaction and continual quality improvement. Accomplish quality related objects through the use of quality meetings, planning, training, statistics and internal/external audits. Ensure that processes and products are in compliance with current implemented Quality Management System requirements.

Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 + Annual Bonus + Sign-On Bonus $3K

About the Role
We're seeking a Quality Assurance Manager who thrives in a small-town, closeknit environment and is motivated to lead quality excellence at a high impact metals and raw materials operation. Jamestown, ND is a very remote area
, and this role is ideal for someone who values focus, autonomy, and a strong sense of community.
You'll lead our Quality Management System (QMS), ensure compliance with AS9100 standards, and champion continuous improvement across the plant. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to influence quality culture, develop people, and strengthen customer satisfaction.
This position is a working manager role at a smaller site of 9 people. It requires hands-on involvement, such as inspecting parts, supporting final inspections as needed, and visiting customer site to discuss and resolve quality issues. Employee must be US person/Green Card Holder - this is an ITAR Restricted.
What You'll Do
- Lead and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with AS9100 and internal standards.
- Serve as the "voice of the customer" by addressing quality issues and driving rootcause analysis.
- Mentor and develop Quality Engineers and Quality Assurance Representatives.
- Oversee audits, inspection planning, metrics, and performance expectations.
- Lead corrective actions, reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and manage MRB activities.
- Drive initiatives to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), implement corrective actions,and manage Material Review Board (MRB).
- Visit to other sites (as needed) for training and coaching.
- Support Lean initiatives and operational efficiency improvements.
